Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

Refund Process

Raise a Request
Email us at jpsiddhatva@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, with your order number, reason for return, and photo proof of the issue. -
Verification & Approval
Our team will assess your request and notify you of the approval/rejection within 2-3 business days. -
Return the Product
Upon approval, you must courier the item back to us at the address we will provide. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the error is from our end. -
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
